CANCELED DUE TO WEATHER PREDICTIONS
CONFERENCE CALL MEETING SCHEDULED INSTEAD
For the first time ever, we have canceled our monthly meeting.
Ice Predictions are making it sound treacherous.
As important as our gathering together is, we don’t want to take chances with anyone’s safety.
BECAUSE THIS IS A VERY EMOTIONALLY CHALLENGING TIME OF YEAR, WE ARE SCHEDULING A CONFERENCE CALL, WHICH YOU MAY ATTEND FROM YOUR OWN HOME.
This is a great opportunity for those who can’t make in-person meetings to connect or reconnect. Our TCF Family members who are at home with children or have moved too far or can’t make the drive are definitely invited to attend.
The same Meeting Room Guidelines Apply.Â

We will be on available on the call from 7:00 – 9:00, same as in the meeting room
You come in when you can and leave when you have to

There will be an announcement
There will be a “DING†sound that you are entering.
Wait for a pause in the conversation, if one is going on, and then say hello and your name – and you can even introduce yourself by saying your loved one’s name too:
“Hi – Its Bettie-Jeanne, Robyn’s mom here “
If you are in a quiet room with no background noise then you don’t have to “mute yourselfâ€Â after coming in….
IF you are in a room where there is a crying baby, barking dogs, loud TV, washing dishes, going potty, then
PRESS * (star) 6 to MUTE YOURSELF
after you have introduced yourself and had a chance to say hello
When you want to be heard – to share, talk –
PRESSÂ Â * (star) 6 again to UNMUTEÂ
AND WHEN YOU ARE DONE

There is usually a half second delay after unmuting
When you speak, it may be good to say your name again, so we know who is talking.
